Terms and Conditions

Deposits: To reserve a date for equipment or performances, a non-refundable deposit of $100 must be paid in advance. No date will be reserved until a deposit is received. Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of all terms of this agreement by the Customer whether physically signed by them or not.

Payment: Other than deposits, the balance due must be satisfied on the day of the event and before the start of entertainment.
3% credit card processing fee will be added on to remaining balance, if a credit/debit is used.
Cancellation: Cancellation notices must be received at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable.

Rain Dates: Texas Kids Parties does not provide rain dates.

Rescheduling: If Customer needs to reschedule the event due to illness or extreme situations, they assume a rescheduling fee of 20 percent the total package price. This fee is not applicable toward the balance.

Electricity: Customer agrees to provide electricity as required for music, cotton candy, or other equipment.

Performance: Texas Kids Parties has the right to modify the contract in order to accommodate the number of children, should there be more children than stated on the contract. Texas Kids Parties is not responsible for guests arriving late.

Time: Entertainment starts at your contracted time, unless otherwise noted. The client cannot modify their scheduled party time without consent from the Texas Kids Parties. If time is updated less than 24 hours, the gratuity is mandatory.
